meusburger does not produce mass-produced vehicles - we manufacture individual items or small series that require considerable design effort.

This makes precisely planned, flexible production all the more important - meusburger is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. From the 15-metre plasma cutting system to sub-powder longitudinal beam welding robots and press brakes - sheet metal processing takes place in-house.

The entire equipment guarantees the professional processing of even ultra-high-strength steels, which are essential for the low dead weight and high payloads of our vehicles.

Surface treatment also takes high priority at meusburger: a centrifugal sandblasting plant offers the best conditions for durable priming and painting of the vehicles. Our spray galvanising plant allows corrosion protection at the highest level.
